Whole Foods is my favorite spot for fresh groceries! Let the cashier know if you got conventional, seems like organic price is their default setting. Wish the cafe could be back!
First time here, had no agenda, looked throughout the store, especially the meat department, which had some very good looking cuts, and the fish looked fresh. I ventured over to the bakery and deli area and looked around. I was tempted upon finding a leek tart! - but decided to go back and get a very nice looking simple, well marbled chuck roast. Also picked up a couple of potatoes and sweet potatoes, apparently organic and locally sourced products. I’m not sure about prices because I really haven’t done much comparison pricing, but I do know that all meat is pricey right now, even my wife commented. I cooked it up to temperature, and the results were absolutely perfect the well marbled meat, shredded perfectly, juicy and good flavor, tender I guess comfort food is my agenda tonight! The picture speaks for itself. For my first time there our grocery cart of items was out of the normal price range for our average shopping experience. It was over $200 -but I think the quality that I saw is also above average. Nice butcher shop!
Its a different organic vibe when you are in whole food. We love frozen veggie pizza from whole food. Its so fresh and super big.
Had like the best customers service experience I've ever had in my life here today, alot of the employee kept asking asking if I they could help with anything Everytime I walked into a new area someone was there to help find things and the young lady working at self checks was so sweet and helped me get my prime # put in because I was having trouble. Took my total down to $43 instead of $49 with her help and prime she was extremely patient even though it took several minutes to do. I love shopping here, this is also the only place I can find the chicken teriyaki sushi.
As with all whole foods around here, its cramped and easy to bump into people's carts if you're not paying attention. Meat and fish is out of this world fresh and good. Their intimate with Amazon makes me feel uncomfortable.
Love Whole Foods Market, my place to go when I'm looking for special fresh unique ingredients. They have amazing healthy stuff . The cheese , yougurt,milk, bakery , bread,everything is super fresh and delicious! They have this almonds covered with choclate it's a must!
